There is always activities and exercise to do, group discussions to get involved in, opportunities to try new skills and get feedback on your ideas. We also have a lot of fun too.

To get the results and maximise the value you get during a workshop, there is often pre work to get your mind whirring and in a great place for learning and growing beforehand.
The high impact comes during the workshop but that’s only the beginning. They are designed to inspire your unconscious mind too, which means you’ll have light-bulb moment in the days/weeks following the woskhop too.
There is also often post work to do afterwards, to ensure action is taken , new habits embedded and results acheived

No two sessions will ever be the same, because 25 years of experience + married with a gift of intuition, means I have the capability to adapt and change workshop in the moment, ensuring they are bespoke and tailored to the people in the group, their wants, needs and goals.
